Summer Season Tournament Coordinater

Term of Employment: May - July 2018

Staff members will be responsible for administering numerous Sneds Tour events across the state. These events will take place during the week and some days will be primarily preparation rather than administration. This position will provide a wide-range of experiences for an individual seeking to become more familiar with tournament operations or a career in golf administration.

Member Services Internship


Term of Employment: May - July 2018

First class tournament administration and customer service is the foundation of a great junior golf event. With over 140 tournaments a calendar year, quality tournament administration is paramount to the Sneds Tour’s continued success. The work completed behind the scenes is the backbone of the Tour’s success and organization. The Sneds Tour Membership Services Intern will play a vital role in these behind the scenes duties. This staff member will be responsible for numerous Sneds Tour administrative duties including but not limited to:

  • Social media postings

  • Pre-event administration

  • Scoreboard creation and distribution

  • Tournament awards distribution

  • Create and distribute weekly membership emails

  • Create content to be posted on Sneds Tour website

  • Membership packet distribution

Tournament Volunteer


Tournament Dates: April - October 2017

Each year the Sneds Tour runs nearly 30, two-day events and 110, one-day events throughout Tennessee. Quality events begin with amazing staff and volunteers. Volunteers play a tremendous role in creating a first-class junior golf experience for participants at all Sneds Tour events. These quality experiences establish lasting impressions on junior golfers and help develop a love for the game that lasts forever.

A variety of opportunities are available for Sneds Tour Tournament Volunteers:
  • Tournament Set-Up
  • On-Site Tournament Registration 
  • Rules Officiating (must have strong knowledge of USGA Rules)
  • Photographer
  • Hydration Team
  • Shuttle Driver
  • Spotter
